5 Organic Idaho potatoes
PREPARATION
Combine 6 cups of water into a pan on High heat.
Peel potatoes and
dice into fourths. Add to water. Then dice up onion into very small
pieces. Put with potatoes. Allow to boil. Check consistency of
potatoes by poking them with fork. Once boiling, reduce heat.
Drain
and mash like mash potatoes.
Add oleo and milk to mashed potatoes.
Cut
cucumbers into small pieces and add to mashed potatoes.
Mix and then
add the mayonnaise.
Then mix again.
Touch it up by placing in nice
bowl and add the seasoning.
