INGREDIENTS
Half a small cabbage
PREPARATION
Microwave potatoes whole until done (two-three minutes per potatoe)
Cube potatoes Shred cabbage.
Finely chop onions and saute in a
tablespoon of canola oil.
Add caraway seeds.
Mix curry powder with
enough water to make a paste add to pan.
Add cubed potatoes, shredded
cabbage and carrots.
Add about half cup of water and salt and pepper.
Cook until cabbage and carrots are just done and not mushy.
Serve
immediate on bed of rice.
